SHORT AND SWEET
OATMEAL COOKIES
Ingredients:
dates 3/4 cup chopped
pecans 1/4 cup chopped
banana 2 inches mashed
apple 1 diced
old fashion oats 1.5 cups dry
cinnamon
cumin and cayenne pepper dash- optional
Make 1.5 inch flat balls (#36)
Bake in 400° oven for 20 minutes
GALLETITAS DE AVENA
Ingredientes:
dátiles 3/4 taza picados
pecanos 1/4 taza picados
guineo 2 pulgadas majadas
manzana 1 picadita
avena en hojuelas 1.5 taza seca
canela en polvo
comino y pimienta cayén - pizca opcional
Forma bolitas aplastadas de 1.5 pulgadas (#36)
Hornea a 400° por 20 minutos
